Do I need to have everything figured out before reaching out?
No. Many clients contact me because they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. We'll figure that out together.
What can I expect during the complimentary consultation?
We'll discuss what feels most challenging, what you're hoping to change, and which service would best support your goals. There is no pressure or obligation to book.

What's the difference between the Clarity Session and Deep Reset Session?
Clarity Session: Gain clarity on what's creating friction and determine your next best step.
Deep Reset Session: Create practical routines and systems that make daily life feel easier to manage.
Do I need ongoing support?
Not necessarily. Some clients find a single session is enough, while others benefit from continued support and accountability as they implement changes.
Is this coaching, organizing, or both?
It depends on your needs. Some clients benefit from clarity, routines, and support. Others need help creating more functional systems within their home. Some benefit from a combination of both.
Will you tell me exactly what to do?
My role is not to give one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we'll identify what is creating friction and develop practical approaches that fit your life, responsibilities, and priorities.
What if I've tried everything already?
Many clients feel that way before we begin. Often the issue isn't a lack of effort. It's that the current approach isn't supporting the way you actually live.
Can one session really make a difference?

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Personal support sessions are available virtually and, depending on location, may also be available in person.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and trust are important. Everything discussed during our sessions remains confidential.
In-Home Organization
Do I need to clean before you arrive?
No. Please allow the space to be exactly as it is. Seeing how the space functions day to day helps create solutions that work for real life.
What if I'm embarrassed by the current state of my home?
There is no judgment here. Many people reach out because something feels overwhelming, unfinished, or difficult to manage. You do not need to clean up, get organized, or have everything figured out before asking for support.
Will you make me get rid of my belongings?
Never. Decisions about what stays and what goes are always yours. My role is to help you create systems that support your goals and lifestyle.
Will my home look like a magazine when we're done?
The goal is not perfection. The goal is creating spaces that function well, feel calmer, and are realistic to maintain.
What if other people in my household aren't organized?
Organizing systems work best when they support the people using them. We'll focus on creating solutions that are practical for your household and daily routines.
Do I need to buy bins, containers, or labels before our session?
No. It's usually best to wait. Once we understand the space and your needs, we can determine whether additional products would be helpful.
Do you provide organizing products?
Product recommendations can be provided when appropriate. Any purchases are separate from session fees unless otherwise discussed.
Can we work on more than one space?
Depending on the package selected and the complexity of the project, we may be able to address multiple areas. We'll discuss priorities during your consultation.
Will everything be completed in one session?
Every project is different. Some spaces can be completed in a single session, while larger projects may require additional time and support.
What happens to items we remove from the space?
We'll determine together what should be kept, donated, recycled, relocated, or discarded.

No. This service focuses on organization, workflow, systems, prioritization, and reducing operational friction. The goal is to help your business feel easier to manage and maintain.
Is this service only for business owners?
No. This service can benefit business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers, managers, and professionals who feel overwhelmed by their workload, systems, or daily operations.
What kinds of business challenges can we work on?
Common areas include workflow, time management, task organization, digital organization, email management, prioritization, client management processes, and overall efficiency.
Major Life Transitions
Do you work with people going through major life transitions?
Yes. Many clients seek support during periods of change such as moving, downsizing, divorce, retirement, caregiving, becoming an empty nester, career changes, or other significant life transitions.
Can you help me prepare for a move?
Yes. Organizing before a move can reduce stress, simplify packing, and help you start fresh in your new space.
Can you help with downsizing?
Absolutely. Downsizing often involves both practical and emotional decisions. The goal is to create a manageable process that feels supportive and intentional.
Booking & Policies
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a welcome email along with a reflection guide to complete before your session.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability varies throughout the year. Booking early is recommended, especially for larger in-home organization projects.
What forms of payment do you accept?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Personal support sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. In-home organization appointments require 48 hours' notice due to the larger time commitment reserved. Changes made after these timeframes may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any booking deposit. If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Whenever possible, I will do my best to work with you to find a solution.
Do you travel for in-home organization sessions?
Service areas and any applicable travel fees will be discussed during your consultation.
Can I contact you between sessions?
Yes. The level of between-session support varies by service and package. If additional support is needed beyond what is included, it may be billed at the current rate.
